 Who will never pay Tariffs 

1.Rodents because they  don't have an income and their movement is not detected.They can move from one country to another country.They don't have visa.

2.Birds are privileged because their tariffs have been already  paid.Theirs is to consume.

3.Crocodiles.Since they are more aggressive no one will tell them sh*t otherwise you will be a good lunch.

4.Leopards.Since they can runaway,no policeman or immigrant officer can catch them.

5.Lions.Once you approach them,they will approach you aggressively.So, whatever is

settled on the spot.

6.Elephants.There is no tariff bigger than

than the elephant.They become very angry

when you approach their family, especially 

the younger ones.

7.Religion.No Religion will pay the Tariff because the Lord has settled that.
