1.This person is got a Right to hit you with anything.The Magistrate/Judge  will release him/her immediately.

2.Your car windows can be shattered.

Instead the Law Enforcers will blame you that you have traded him/her.

3.This person is got a Right  to throw a rubbish bin or even a number of them to your yard because the rubbish might fertilize your garden or it might be an act of Revenge of which you are not aware of.

4.Children like funny People.

What about he/she is in love with your child?

5.A MadPerson is got a Right to apply for vulgar language to you because he/she wants to bring you to a certain level because all the people are same.To a MadPerson there are no manners or selecting words.

6.This person can take mud or rubbish and smear you especially when you are wearing expensive clothes because he/ she wants to make a mark so that you must never forget him/her.

For instance this person counts your greetings daily and once you skip you might be in serious trouble.

7.MadPeople have the Right to smash or even take all the drinks from the party

because he/she believes to keep the drinks for his/her difficult time.Its worse during funeral service 

Degree of Madness.

1.Uneducated Group 

They are violent, disruptive and they react immediately.

2.Educated  People

Their madness is to hijack and implant viruses in computers.

3.Wives

Shouting in front of people, especially those she is unfamiliar to.

4.Husbands

Always complaining  not to want to understand the issues and worse  taking more alcohol,smoking cigarette after cigarette immediately or drinking 2L of Coke alone in 2 minutes.

5.Politicians

Not delivering services instead threatening

to limit the government jobs.A President who does not respect UN.His/Her language is War believing that there's no continent can defeat him/her.

6.Preacher

Anyone who does not bring a "standard offering" is facing a Big Danger Dying of the Spouse, Children or lose the accomodation or being in a serious car accident or  financially bankruptcy.

3.Children

Too much demanding coupled with vulgar and rough languages.
