Budget Speech for the Known Republic

I'm delivering a budget speech according to the Act of Parliament which I proclaimed myself within the Rights of Aliens Act of  1450 BC  as amended  Act 48 paragraph a to d  1c which I outline in the Rights of the Nation subsection  4 paragraph C.

1  Raising the Tax to squash the Criminals in any form.

Subsection D.1 Every  criminal must pay R5000 plus the Special VAT of Criminals which will  be

18,555556: which will raise the total value of $65 USD,you have the calculators and convert it to your own currency.I was not there when you failed maths 10 times in Grade 1.Go and demand some of  your school fees  even the teacher is no more in the school,that school is liable to you

if that school is no more,the government is liable,even the community  which raise you should pay you, otherwise we are paying all the type of taxes.

2.The places infested with crime had to pay  extra 2% which cover the  Government resources and extract part time for the police.This could be collected by the Local Government through raising the  Local Service Collection Act of 1756.

3.We are  also proposing the Troubling Revenue Act which will be collected from all those  who did not pay or dodging  tax including those who passed away.The Debt does not  die,the properties are still representing that person.

The Revenue  will raise 35% which is 48 Billion

Coming to Education 

We are proposing the Anti Education Act which will comprise of 

1.Systematically decrease of Teachers Salaries by 10%

2.Unemploying Teachers

3.Demolishing of Universities.

There will be a Revenue which will be passed to the parents.The parents will employ their children.

As this government does not have enough money,the graduates should go to the streets and beg for money in their own right.

After 100 years from now ,there will be no educated people in our country but they will be skilled with the government mentality.

The Army salary will be topped with 50% yearly.

We don't envisage any job creation but the Job creators will be in

-domestic jobs

-gardening

-sports (except soccer)

In Health Section

In 1561 BC,the Doctors  and the Health workers were unemployed.The solution was to change the

Traditional Medicine Practice (TMP) which can be modified by throwing the bones  first then apply herbal usage.

The hospitals are expensive to maintain,we recommend therefore to demolish all the hospitals and substitute them with Home Therapy where any member of the family will administer it with the help of  the  State Doctor  who will earn the   4 Cabbages and the box of Tomatoes per month.

In Social Poverty Relief Program

We are proposing all those who are  more than 65kg get grants.The People who are less than 65kg are

1.Energetic

2.Healthy

3."Portable"

4.Busy with their own affairs 

5.Hardworkers

6.Wealth Creators

7.Have a long life expectancy.

So, there's no need of dishing out money to them.

The Parliamentarians will increase with 95%

Non-Taxable.
